Kelly’s Tiny Adventures – Dog Collars

We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the collar must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In its original condition
    • In the original packaging
    • Free from pet hair, odours, or damage

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on collars that have been worn by a dog unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised collars
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items returned in a used or unsanitary condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or design, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.
